How we use cookies
Last reviewed: 10 June 2026.
What is a cookie?
A cookie is a small text file a website saves to your browser. We also use related browser-storage mechanisms — localStorage and sessionStorage — which work like cookies but live only in your browser and are never sent to a server. For simplicity, we refer to all of these as "cookies" on this page.
Cookies are used to keep you signed in, remember preferences, and (only if you opt in) measure how the site is used.
What ZoomAssist Pro stores
Below is the full list, grouped by category. The only things stored without your consent are the items marked Strictly necessary — they are required for the site and admin sign-in to function.
Changing your preferences
You can re-open the cookie banner at any time and change your choices — click the button below or use Cookie settings in the site footer.
You can also clear cookies through your browser settings at any time (this will sign you out of the admin area).
Server logs
When you visit the site, our hosting provider (Cloudflare) records standard request information — IP address, user-agent, response status, and timestamp — for security and operational diagnostics. These logs are retained for up to 30 days and are not used for tracking.
Third parties
We don't currently load third-party advertising, analytics, or social-media trackers on the public site. If that changes, this page and the banner are updated and you'll be asked again.
Embedded YouTube tutorial videos (when present in our docs) load from youtube.com and may set cookies of their own — those only run if you accept the relevant category.
